We will always do our best to get your order to you.
For standard items: Trunc will attempt 2 deliveries free of charge. However, if no one is available after the 2nd attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the total amount of the items purchased less your shipping fee.
For oversized items: If the customer fails to accept delivery despite the confirming the delivery date and time, or the delivery is delayed because no appropriate instructions, authorizations or permits were provided:
- Risk to the products, including damage caused by loading and unloading the goods, shall be passed on to the customer
- Requests to re-deliver items shall be charge a corresponding delivery fee that must be paid in full before items are released
- Re-delivery will be scheduled within 5 working days after the failed delivery attempt
- Due to storage constraints at the warehouse, we cannot keep sold items for longer than 5 working days. Orders with failed deliveries and undelivered after that period will be cancelled and refunded to the customer less the shipping fees.
